NOTE: Turns out Konami put a Ball.bin in LiveUpdate that
overwrites the one in cpk files, so to have correct ball names you must turn
off LiveUpdate (R3)..thanks to @zlac & @shawminator for helping me figure
out why ball names didn’t change.
NOTE2: If you already applied the live update to your
EDIT00000000..you can either delete your edit file & start again with no
live update or better solution is to just live without the correct ball names
